In honor of Women’s Equal Pay Day, The Unlocked Foundation hosted a networking reception at Smile Design Manhattan, welcoming approximately 75 members of its community for an evening of empowerment and connection. Attendees enjoyed complimentary teeth whitening, Botox, and professional headshots, along with wine from the female-owned iBest Wines. A highlight of the evening was a special message from civil rights activist Lilly Ledbetter, the pioneer behind the Equal Pay Act, inspiring guests to continue the fight for economic equality.
