In honor of Women’s Equal Pay Day, The Unlocked Foundation hosted a networking reception at Smile Design Manhattan, welcoming approximately 75 members of its community for an evening of connection and conversation about pay equity and financial empowerment. Attendees enjoyed complimentary teeth whitening, Botox, and professional headshots, along with wine from the female-owned iBest Wines. A highlight of the evening was a special message from civil rights activist Lilly Ledbetter, the pioneer behind the Fair Pay Act of 2009, inspiring guests to continue the fight for economic equality.
