The Unlocked Foundation and UBS Host Second Annual Women's Wealth Summit During Art Basel
Miami, FL – On December 7, 2024, the Unlocked Foundation, in partnership with UBS, successfully hosted its second annual Women's Wealth Summit during Art Basel at The Moore Miami, a private members’ club in Miami's Design District. The free event welcomed 120 women who engaged in dynamic discussions about financial empowerment, wealth-building strategies, and creative investment opportunities.
“The Unlocked Foundation was delighted to partner once again with UBS for our second annual Women’s Wealth Summit in Miami during Art Basel,” said Savaria Harris, Executive Director of the Unlocked Foundation. “This free event, hosted inside the Moore Miami, was designed to connect women with the knowledge and networks they needed to build wealth.”
The Summit was preceded by an exclusive welcome reception and private gallery tour on December 6 at DACRA, which showcased the private art collection of renowned real estate developer and philanthropist Craig Robins, the event’s Steering Committee Lead. This intimate evening brought together speakers, partners, and sponsors to set the tone for a weekend of meaningful dialogue and collaboration.
On December 7, the Summit featured a series of ten intimate roundtable discussions addressing critical financial topics, including budgeting, taxes, estate planning, and preparing for an economic downturn. “We quite literally brought women to the ‘money table,’ where they engaged in intimate roundtable discussions with experts on critical financial topics, gaining actionable strategies for growth while addressing the personal and emotional dynamics of wealth-building,” Harris noted.
More than 30 esteemed speakers led discussions, providing participants with tailored advice and actionable strategies. Following the roundtable discussions, attendees gathered for a featured panel titled "The ABCs of Art Collection," moderated by Harris. The panel included:
Allison Freiden, Co-Founder and General Counsel of the Museum of Graffiti
Artists Reyna Noriega and Ingrid Mathurid, both exhibiting during Art Basel
“We were thrilled to present our art panel luncheon, where we helped attendees expand their knowledge from simple art ownership to building an investible collection,” Harris said.
The event attracted prominent sponsors, including title sponsor UBS, lead sponsor Kirkland & Ellis, and additional sponsors such as DLA Piper, Carlton Fields, Impax Asset Management, and Beacon Hill Legal. Attendees received curated swag bags featuring products from OGX, Mia del Mar, and Once Upon A Coconut, as well as wine featuring artwork by Reyna Noriega, presented against the architectural backdrop of Zaha Hadid’s design inside the Moore Miami.
The Summit concluded with a Shop for a Cause reception at Givenchy, where 10% of proceeds benefited the Unlocked Foundation.
The Unlocked Foundation extended special thanks to its dedicated board members:
Melissa Dincher, Wealth Advisor at UBS
Sabrina Mentor, Attorney for Conroy Simberg
Nishitha Kambaladinne, Head of Commercial Real Estate at Sun Realtors Group

The Women’s Wealth Summit will return to Miami in December 2025 during Art Basel, continuing its mission to provide women with free, impactful opportunities to enhance their financial knowledge and networks.
